Terms of Service for Milagrosa Property Management
- Services Agreement: By engaging Milagrosa Marketing for property management services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This includes but is not limited to marketing, booking management, guest services, and property maintenance coordination.
- Property Information Accuracy: Property owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their properties. Milagrosa Marketing will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in property details provided by the owner.
- Commission and Fees: Milagrosa Marketing charges a commission fee for its property management services. This fee, along with any additional agreed-upon charges, will be deducted from the rental income before disbursement to the property owner.
- Payments and Disbursements: Payments received from bookings will be processed through the Stripe platform, and disbursements to property owners will be made on an agreed-upon schedule. Property owners are responsible for providing accurate and complete banking information for disbursement.
- Booking Cancellations: In the event of a booking cancellation, Milagrosa Marketing will adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by the property owner. Any associated fees or refunds will be handled in accordance with this policy.
- Guest Conduct: Property owners must communicate any specific rules or regulations to Milagrosa Marketing, which will be conveyed to guests. Milagrosa Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate property rules.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Milagrosa Marketing will coordinate regular maintenance and repairs as necessary to ensure the property is well-maintained. Property owners are responsible for approving any significant repairs or expenses.
- Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the property management agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or payments will be settled based on the terms outlined in this agreement.
- Legal Compliance: Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to property management and rentals in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Confidentiality: Both Milagrosa Marketing and the property owner agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
